This application is designed for kaizen and lean activities to measure cycle time.

You can use 2 types of time units:

• Second
• Hundredths of Minute (HM / Cmin)

Note: 1 minute = 60 seconds = 100 HM.

You can adjust measurement precision from 1 up to 1/1000

Dashboard Results (Rate) 📊

The Dashboard displays key operational metrics:

CYCLE/MIN	DURATION	CYCLE/HOUR
Cycle value per minute.	Total observation time (hr, min, sec).	Cycle value per hour.

Dashboard Results (Cycles) ⏱️

MIN. CYCLE	MAX. CYCLE	MEAN CYCLE
The fastest observed cycle time.	The slowest observed cycle time.	The average and acceptable cycle time.

User Guide - Start & Notes 📝

• Select time unit: Second or Cmin.
• Press Start or Volume Up to begin.
• Add notes during observation.
• Press the note icon to add your notes (writing or speaking).

User Guide - Lap & Data Saving 💾

• Press Lap or Volume Down for top cycle timing.
• Press Save to export data (CSV/Excel) to your Download folder.
• Press Reset to start a new run.

Note: Save/Reset buttons are disabled while measuring.

• A Chart is drawn automatically when laps are taken.
• Use the icon to save a snapshot of the chart.

• A Share and Delete your records
• Swipe to right to share your records.Swipe to left to delete your records.

Data Saving: Grant write permission to save data. Files are stored as CSV in the device's Download folder.
