1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google, Apple, or Email, we collect your email address and basic profile information (such as your display name) to create and manage your account.
App Data: We store your selected stock symbols (Watchlist), alert configurations, and preferred app settings.
Device Information: We collect your device's Push Notification Token to deliver stock alerts directly to your phone.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to ensure the App functions securely and efficiently. These services have their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google LLC): We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, Cloud Firestore to store your watchlists and alarms, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you push notifications. (Google Privacy Policy)
Yahoo Finance: We utilize Yahoo Finance APIs to fetch real-time and historical stock market data (prices, RSI, MACD). We do not share any of your personal information with Yahoo Finance. We only query the market data for the symbols you track.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the functionality of the App:

To authenticate you securely.
To monitor the stock market indicators based on your specific rules.
To send you push notifications when your criteria are met.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or marketing companies.

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can completely delete your account, including all your personal data, watchlists, and alarms, directly from the "Settings" page inside the App at any time. Once deleted, this action is irreversible.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
